People Development (Recruitment) Staff
Responsible for managing and directing the end to end Recruitment Process every month. Implement all HR policies and procedures to all departments. Ensure of implementation on the job training process. Coordination with the Factory Control for making Man Power Planning. Coordination with outsider (Head Hunter, Educational Institute).
- Male/ Female, Max 26 Years old.
- Capable of Ms.Office, Flow Process Recruitment, and Training Need Analysis.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Psychology.
- Have an experience in Manufacturing (Japan Company) as Staff HRD.
- Have a Good Communication in English.
- Capable of Kaizen process in Manufacturing.
- Understan the ISO and IATF Process.
- Have a Good Organizational skill.
- Have a Good the problem solving and solution oriented.
- Have an Analytical Thinking.
- Have a Copy of Identity Card, and Copy of Family Card

The whole series of the tests will be carried out in Cikarang (MM2100 Industrial Estate).
